EGM and 1up.com's Dan Hsu Says Goodbye on April 12, 2008 at 10:12 am
I remember when he interviewed Peter Moore about the 360. This is back when everyone was kissing MS's ass and Shoe was just railing Moore with some very honest, but very brutal questions. Classic.
Dead Rising versus Romero on February 14, 2008 at 10:42 am
I guess I'm wondering "If this is such a big deal to Romero, why did it take two years AFTER the game came out to mention anything about it?"
Gamestop hints at death of 80GB Playstation 3 model on February 13, 2008 at 9:03 am
Oh, I see how it is. Best Buy tells you something and it's probably just a rumor. But Evil soul-stealing corporation Gamestop says something and it's gospel. Now we see where your allegiances lie.
Devil May Cry 4 Installation Issues on February 6, 2008 at 10:19 am
Who cares? "oh no. I have to wait 20 minutes ONE TIME so I never have to worry about load times again." Get over it. Be grateful you don't have to download compatible drivers to get it to work.
PS3 Folding@Home update coming soon on December 19, 2007 at 10:07 am
I personally run this thing quite often. Maybe my PS3 will be the one that cures Alzheimer's!!
Joking aside, I think this is an amazing program they've put in place and I run it 24/7 on my home computer as well as a few hours a day on my PS3. I can even run this while I play WoW with the no graphic client!
Street Fighter IV details emerge on December 6, 2007 at 10:59 pm
"I heard otherwise."
Then you clearly didn't hear the whole story. Allow me to enlighten you.
It's possible that the part about him having a fully functional 8-way joystick while I was forced to use a half functional 4-way joystick and only 2 attack buttons to his 6 was left out of the tale you heard.
And that's the rest of the story.
Street Fighter IV details emerge on December 6, 2007 at 2:37 pm
It'll just be another game that Matt will be too afraid to play me fair and square because he knows my dominance of these games.
Grand Theft Auto IV box art revealed on November 29, 2007 at 9:58 am
Looks like every other GTA cover I've ever seen. Side note: I didn't know that Jason Statham was going to be in GTA IV.
Easier to hit level 60 in World of Warcraft? on November 15, 2007 at 12:45 pm
Another reason for this would be that it's rather difficult to do any of the pre-BC stuff now, because most people are in Outland. Ever try getting a group for Sunken Temple or Zul'Farrak recently with one of your alts? Impossible. Now they've helped fix that.
Two Worlds to get a patch on November 9, 2007 at 6:30 am
Hey, I'm giving them credit for at least trying to fix the game that should've worked when you bought it. If this makes it more enjoyable, I'd be willing to give it a shot.
God of War III Confirmed on November 8, 2007 at 2:25 pm
Too bad that Corey Barlog (yes, Barlog, but not THAT Balrog...get it?) has officially left Sony. No worries, though. I'm still confident that only Joel Schumacher could screw up a franchise as successful as God of War.
Free Episode of Sam & Max Now Available on November 6, 2007 at 10:21 am
I purchased the entire first season for about 30 bucks at Best Buy. Money well spent. You all should treat yourselves to this great game.
GameCrazy Parent Corporation Files Bankruptcy on November 5, 2007 at 10:28 pm
Highly doubtful there would be clearance sales even if they did close. Chances are another corporation that deals in men's souls would buy them up, keep them open, and oversaturate the market even more than they already have.
Everyone Panic! EA Warns of Rock Bands Shortages on November 2, 2007 at 1:08 pm
There's a demo kit located at your local Best Buy (shameless plug) if you'd like to try it out. I'm going to be working there tonight, so I'll give it a roll on my break.
No DLC for Skate on October 29, 2007 at 9:37 am
First Gamestop doesn't want people's money, now EA doesn't? Where is the world that I know and what have you all done with it?
Give the gift of gaming via your Wii on October 28, 2007 at 7:08 pm
You know, I wonder if you'll be able to send the 'gift' back out. Would make a nice way for a group of people to check out a bunch of games.
Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction Bug and Workaround on October 24, 2007 at 3:04 pm
This is true. Sometimes a company has to weigh which they'd rather deal with: the loss of money pushing back a date costs them versus releasing it early but having a patch ready relatively quickly. I have to imagine that if it was a known issue that they felt couldn't be resolved quickly, they would've have delayed it despite any monetary concerns.
