Remember that court case against Capcom stating that Dead Rising was to similar to Dawn of the Dead? Well word just got out that the judge has ruled in Capcom's favor.

The judge stated that the game "featured profound differences from the film" and just decided to dismiss the case all together.  Now here is where it's get interesting. Apparently Capcom presented dozens of examples of various zombie games and movies that showed the generic nature of this type of content. The judge threw them all out because they referenced Wikipedia entries for all of them.

So at the end of the day, Capcom wins. Bring on Dead Rising 2. Now, to find out who edited that file on Shawn of the Dead.
