These are tough times indeed.  It saddens me to see this happen to one of the greats from the arcade era of the 90's.  Reports are coming in that Midway has 50 days to settle all of the outstanding debts which currently stand at $150 million.

Other sources are saying that the company is currently sitting on $10 million in assets which well, isn't sounding good.  It does look like they will need to start looking at what their options are. 

Now I know that this doesn't mean the end.  Companies file for bankruptcy all the time but these past years have been rough for Midway.  Not to mention given the economic state of our economy, this isn't going to help things either.
