Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom coming to North America

In a move that is completely shocking to everyone, Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom, the game that was supposed to never be released in North America, is being released in North America. The picture is from the latest issue of Nintendo Power, but for now we do not know the release date. I would expect to hear more information at E3.
