High Voltage Software Announces Gladiator A.D. for Wii
Posted: May 26, 2009 - 12:40 pm by John
Late last night, IGN posted an interview with High Voltage Software, the guys behind the upcoming "The Conduit," revealing the developer's latest project. High Voltage describes Gladiator A.D. as their "next step in filling the holes in the Wii's library." Players pick their fighters and battle through various challenges and competitions. High Voltage says that some are one-on-one and some are "much more complex." "The concept for Gladiator A.D. is to recreate the brutal fighting and high tension of the gladiatorial arenas of ancient Rome. We are developing a game that is both fast-paced and tactical in nature. A lot of work into the art style as well as the AI systems to make a game that is not only beautiful to look at, but challenging and well-balanced for all skill levels," they go on to say. High Voltage Software intends on releasing the game in the first quarter of 2010. Reader CommentsNo comments have been posted. Be the first!Add Your Comment
