It looks like the Pokémon fever is still spreading at GameStop. Now on top of the pre-order bonuses for SoulSilver and HeartGold, owners of Pokémon Diamond, Pearl or Platinum can take their DS or DSi to a local Gamestop location between January 30th and Februrary 14 to recieve a special gift.

Gamers who visit Gamestop with their DS and a copy of Diamond, Pearl or Platinum will recieve a special Pikachu-colored Pichu for use in their game. But when you trade him into Heartgold or SoulSilver, he will allow you to meet another special Pichu, the Spikey-eared Pichu, which is the only way you'll be able to encouter this rare Pokémon.

Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver will be available for the Nintendo DS and DSi on March 14, 2010. And will also include a pedometer, the Pokéwalker, in each copy. The Pokéwalker allows you to take any one Pokémon you own with you where ever you go. And the more you walk, the stronger that Pokémon will get.
