After the countdown was over, we were treated to another graphic that said the page was opening later in the day. Well, the time has come and the site relaunch is now live!

There isn't really much information up there just yet, but the site promises all the information to us through daily updates Monday through Friday. From the characters to the stages, expect to see more on those soon.

The best part of the page, however, is the blurb about the release date. A strong re-enforcement of Nintendo's announcement a couple of weeks ago, the official SSBB page says the game is "planned for a 2007 release". Combined with Kojima-san's quote of the game being so far along that they could just release it now, things are looking good for that to happen.
