In a surprise twist to pretty much everyone Red Octane has confirmed, that the Xbox 360 version of GH III will in fact be wireless.

While speaking to Red Octane personally Joystiq has confirmed first hand, that Guitar Hero III for the Xbox 360 will in fact come bundled with the much sought after "wireless" guitar.

Red Octane has confirmed to us that the Xbox 360 version of Guitar Hero III will be $99 and include a wireless guitar.

This is great news for drunken college kids everywhere, as it puts an end to the pulling of the Xbox 360 from the T.V. during drunken jam sessions!
