Crazy Jack is at it again!

Well kids, crazy Jack Thompson is at it again. This time the crazy old coot is trying to block the beacon of sin, Halo 3 from being sold in his home state of Florida.
Make no mistake about it, Halo 3 is an event. Whether you agree or not, the launch of Halo 3 on September 25th is already guaranteed to sell out and smash every record in it's path, as the game (pre-launch) has already seen almost 2 million in pre-sells through various retail outlets, and over ten thousand stores are planning midnight launch events to capitalize on the sure fire hit. However, in the great state of Florida, Jack Thompson has seen fit to deem the game a public nuisance and is taking his case to court. 823.01 Nuisances; penalty.--All nuisances that tend to annoy the community, injure the health of the citizens in general, or corrupt the public morals are misdemeanors of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.083, except that a violation of s. 823.10 is a felony of the third degree. This is a repeat of what he tried to do with the release of Rockstar’s PlaysSation 2 game Bully. And if the past is any indicator the “not as big as he’d like to think” hub-bub over Halo 3 will probably end up the same way. Now, I don’t know about the rest of you, but I think it’s time “the law” turned the tables on old Jack, and put him down for the count. His selfish acts against the video game industry while obviously ignoring other forms of media have grown far past tiring, and need to come to an end. KEEP IT HERE!
