Microsoft and Activision have gotten together and are giving us a reason to be thankful. Owners of Guitar Hero 3, an Xbox 360, and an Xbox LIVE account will be able to download the MJOLNIR remix of the Halo theme starting tomorrow morning. Not only is this a pretty sweet piece of music in its own right, but the guitar track is going to be laid down by the one and only Stevie Vai. Think that's cool enough?

Nah. It's going to be free, too! A reason to be thankful, indeed.
