The new releases for the week are pretty sparse. The PC has the lion's share of the new games with seven. The DS gets what seems like another brain training knock-off and the PS2 gets a new RPG.

Rockstar has announced that along side Grand Theft Auto IV it will be launching the Rockstar Social Club, a new website that will be used to extend GTA IV and all future Rockstar titles. The "Club" will allow both Xbox LIVE and/or PlayStation Network users access to statistical leaderboards as well as performance-based competitions and awards.

The official XBOX page has got a special little spot just for Ninja Gaiden 2 up. They are teasing us with saying you can get your decapitation & dismemberment fix with the Ninja Gaiden 2 Demo hitting XBLM this May. There is also a wallpaper to download, pictures to look at and videos to drool over.

Halo on PS3 - Confirmed?? No. Sorry. Its nothing that universe shattering.
Looks like some clever & very die hard Halo fans fixed themselves up a Master Cheif model for use in Unreal Tournament 3 on PS3.

Shacknews has once again gotten the scoop on the next batch of free content for the PC edition of Team Fortress 2 which will include the new Goldrush map, unlockable weapons, and Meet the Scout video. The content will be arriving at a PC near you during the week of April 20th.

Looks like Call of Duty 4 is holding on to it's top position as the most played Xbox LIVE title. Rainbox Six Vegas 2 is the only new title this week. I wouldn't be surprised if we see it fighting for the number 1 or 2 spots in the coming weeks. Hit the bump for the list.

All of us Resident Evil fans are salivating for the 5th romp in zombie killing land. Still with no release date in site, at least you can watch some early footage of Resident Evil 5 in progress. If you understand Japanese that is even more of a bonus because you will be able to know what on earth is being discussed.
