Rockstar has announced that along side Grand Theft Auto IV it will be launching the Rockstar Social Club, a new website that will be used to extend GTA IV and all future Rockstar titles. The "Club" will allow both Xbox LIVE and/or PlayStation Network users access to statistical leaderboards as well as performance-based competitions and awards.

Rockstar also plans on using the Social Club to hand out some nifty prizes. The site will be used to track the first 10 players who have completed 100% of the game. Those 10 gamers will then send an ultra-rare commemorative "key to the city" to mark their accomplishment. No details as to exactly what this "key to the city" is.
