It is PlayStation Day over in Europe today and the one of the biggest news item is that Little Big Planet  is getting a very loose "October" release date.

You know didn't you say that last October? Then Christmas. THEN SPRING. Then SOON. You know how long does it take to create a game where the actual game is the gamers creating the levels & characters anyway? Since that is the point of the game what on earth are the developers doing with their time & constantly delaying LBP. Everyone with an ounce of emotion melts when you see the little cute sack people running about. This is the game all those Wii moms have been pining for since they had to give up on Super Mario on the NES. I for one have just come to grip with the fact that the game is never coming out & is a big lie for Sony to keep telling those potential Wii customers "Hey, we got even better cute fun here. It just needs years & years of development but it totally rocks over that Nintendo stuff. No, seriously it does & you can see Gerard Butler half-naked in HD with Blu-Ray. Yea, lets see the Wii-ner do that one." So again Sony SAYS Little Big Planet is on the way for Fall this year. Let's hope it sticks this time.
