Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth hits the DS along with the KORG DS-10 Plus and Ragnarok DS. You'll be able to get your arcade fix on the Wii with the Data East Arcade Classics collection and everyone gets to breathe a collective sigh of "meh" with the release of Aliens Vs Predator on the PS3, PC and Xbox 360. It's the last full week of the the month and some big names are dropping. Major titles are coming out for each console, as well as a football game I am actually interested in. Mass Effect 2 lands on the PC and Xbox 360. MAG deploys on the PS3, and the Wii gets Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All Stars as well as No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle.

The "Costanza Score" the fictional high score George Costanza had on Frogger in the TV series Seinfeld has been toppled. The episode, which centered on George's quest to preserve the original Frogger machine and his score of 860,630 points, was the fuel for much speculation in the classic gaming community as to if it could even be reached. Just like last week, don't expect much in the way of new titles. With only 4 days left to shop for Christmas, there really is no reason why any big name titles would be releasing this late. With week ten behind us and week eleven already underway (thanks to me forgetting to do this early again because of the Thursday night game), it's time to check the current record for Madden NFL 10. Last week, Madden ended up going a very slightly above average 8 - 6. That brings the total for the season to 85 - 56. Things for week eleven are looking pretty good for Madden, with only a few sets of results that are a little backwards.
Sad news comes today as we hear of the passing of Captain Lou Albano. Most recognized as the first live action representation of Mario on the Super Mario Bros. Super Show, his carrer in the WWF, and the dad in a bunch of Cyndi Lauper videos. I was the perfect age and completely obsessed with all things Nintendo and Mario when the Super Mario Super Show aired on TV. I tuned in religiously and loved more adventure of the famous plumbers outside of the 8-bit world. Check you later, pizano. With Mass Effect 2 still quite a way off, the folks behind Redemption have released the first six pages of the tie-in comic. Available for viewing over at Comic Book Resources, Redemption follows Liara as she visits Omega in search of information on Commander Shepherd. The full comic is due out in January and will hopefully help fans ease the pain of waiting for Mass Effect 2 to come out.
