Blog Entry
100 Free MS points
July 14, 2008 - 5:09 pm
How To Get It:
1. Click on this link or go to dreamcarchallenge.com.
2. Hit the Enter Challenge button on the right of the page.
3. Just hit "Next Step" on the bottom right, until you reach the end (or you can take the time and customize the car if you want...)
4. Fill in your info on that next page, IMPORTANT, here is where you select your option to receive the Free points!
5. Make sure you check the 3rd box from the top that says "Yes, I would like to receive Microsoft Points by participating in this promotion."
6. Submit your entry and wait for the email with your point code.
7. You can go to http://points.microsoft.com/ and add the points there without having to sign-in to your xbox live.

It takes a couple seconds, but I assure you I've just added 100 points to my account.

I would either try again tomorrow, or possibly at midnight. Or (along with using a different MSN/hotmail) check and see if deleting all the cookies tricks the system. Pepsi had a Pepsi point offering like this a month ago, and all you had to do was delete the cookies and you could score points after points. The promotion was instantly taken down after after they realized the exploitation. Regardless, anyone just now reading this blog I suggest inputting matt's code.

They seem to track it on the MS end. I got 2 codes out of it but only 1 would work.

Its only 1 code per account. no way anyone is getting 200 points out of this, let alone 2000.

Alright, I'll have to edit my post. Thanks for looking into it. I sorta jumped the gun wit the speculation. =P Well, now that it's all sorted out, everyone enjoy your 100 points, maybe someone will luck out and need that small amount to download an arcade game : )
