EA Sports Active 30 Day Challenge: Day 17

Well, I haven't written a blog about this lately, but it's not because I've quit the 30 Day challenge. I just haven't written about it. A few days ago, I hit the halfway point in the 30 Day challenge, and man did that feel good! As you may recall, I told you all I was going to bump the intensity to medium, and boy did it make things harder. I've actually had to skip two exercises: the Jump Squats and the Squat Holds. The reasoning for that though is because of my knees. I have really bad knees, and although I can feel this is help make them a bit stronger, I have a long way to go before I can properly do those two exercises without feeling like my knees are going to fall off.

Anyway, since I reached the halfway point, I figured I would update you with a few stats. I have burned over 1,500 calories, lost 4 pounds, done over 30 laps on the track, and was forced into doing the Lawnmower.

This might not sound like a whole lot to some of you out there, but to someone as out of shape as I am, it's a big deal.
