Devil May Cry 4
February 3, 2008 - 11:40 pm
It's been a while since I played anything Devil May Cry. I played and finished the first two games and never played the third one but I've heard enough about it to tell me that I wasn't missing much.

This game is a big deal for Capcom. The last time we saw Dante in action was in 2005 in Devil May Cry 3. I don't know to many people who actually played and finished the game due to it's high difficulty setting.

While the game was rebalanced during a Special Edition re-release in 2006, it was too late. One year too late.

Enter the DMC4 demo. I was excited. I waited anxiously as I watched the download percentage counter slowly climb toward 100%.

While I'm not an expert, I will say this. I liked it. I liked it alot. The demo was fun even with that funky timer. There is also a boss fight that comes in the demo. Very cool. The game looks beautiful. There were a few minor details that I saw but then again, the demo is a pre-release. If you've been missing Devil May Cry and are ready for the next chapter, then download this demo now.

DMC3 was actually an amazing game. Yeah, it was hard, but that didn't stop it from being a very good game.

Same here, I've never played one either, but I'm seriously thinking about picking this one up...
