The Gamers Diet.

Hi, for those of you who don't know me, i'm Joe.

At one time i was a sexy mo-fo, who hooked up with five-star women.

Now, probably due to my love for video games and horrible eating habits, i have gained some weight back and have recently noticed the chub-a-thon overcoming my life.

So instead of whining about it some more, I've decided to pledge a digitalsomething promise.

I am now incorporating the gamers Diet to my life.

-1,000 cals a day.
-Two miles ran a day.
-One month of this intensity, and to record my results as the month progresses.
-Once a week i can eat anything i want all day.
-At least three solid hours of gaming/digitalsomething dedicated a day, to keep it my days fun and not all torture.

I've done it before, i really hope i can do it again.

Goal weight for four months is 180 lbs.

Cheers to the old Joe, which will hopefully turn back into the future Joe!

With 1000 cals and 2 miles a day you should be tight in no time. You really should get a bike man. I've been riding about a month and am already down about 10 lbs...and you can play games while riding it ha.

buy an Ab Lounge and to crunches while playing games.
