As you all have noticed I have rolled out a small design change. Gone is the large flash banner on the front page and its place are 4 smaller banners.

We have had a problem keeping the site look fresh due to our limited resources. So this should help keep the site looking fresh, allowing us to highlight and quickly update popular and/or important news stories.
