January 29, 2008 - 7:23 am
Ever since I sent my 360 out for repair, I've been checking tracking on it all the way to the repair facility and all the way back. Well, today, the FedEx tracker is saying my 360 is on the truck and will be delivered today!

I'll finally be able to finish playing Assassin's Creed!

*UPDATE*

It arrived today at 10:30am! As soon as I am done with my English homework that baby is gettign fired up!

I know how you feel. At least they gave me a 1 month XBL card with the system when I got it back. Check the S/N on it and see if its even the same box, when I got mine back I checked the S/N and it wasn't even the same one.

yeah they don't ship you the same system. they just take in your system then send out a refurb or new system.

Ya the one that was in the box said it was a different serial number, and I checked it and it was. I hooked it all up and it is quieter than my old system, which is nice ha.

Oh and ya, it came w/ a one month card. :)

Yeah, my 2nd one just died. Sent it in, yesterday. They told me 2-3 weeks since it was the 2nd time it happened to me.

You probably got one with the new chipset. They are supposed to run quieter and cooler. I believe I got one too.

I wonder why it still takes a month when they arent even working on them?

Not sure, I know it was at the service center for about 5 days. Cause I was watching it's every move, ha.
