I've decided the title of this blog is true. I've always liked them, but recently, I've played a lot more than I used to, and here are some semi-recent games I've been loving on. Loving reaaaaal good.


<b>1. NBA2k8</b>
I wouldn't really say I've RECENTLY been loving this game, but let me just say this is probably the best sports game to come out, like, ever. The realism is there, if you play basketball like real basketball, you will win over the people that lob up 3 after 3 after 3 (if you bump the difficulty, that is), and it's just an all around fun game.

<b>2. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare</b>
I already beat this game (twice) but I still love to play it. It's just all around one of the better shooters I've ever played. I like it better than N64's Perfect Dark or Goldeneye. Better than any Halo title. It's really made lesser shooters more noticeable, as well. I had a hard time enjoying Soldier of Fortune and Blacksite. This may be cuz the games blow, or it may be because COD has tainted the others for me, but, damn this game is tight.

<b>3. Assassin's Creed</b>
Despite the repetitive play, this game is still real damn sweet. There's just something I love about jumping from a roof, stabbing a dude in the throat, then climbing a wall and diving in some hay.

<b>4. Rock Band</b>
I don't even own this but I always want to play it, so I guess that says something about the game. I just don't really enjoy the singing. The songs on the game are awesome, including Creep, Epic, and Sabotage. The downloadable content is a great step too. Nice work.


That's about it right now. Honorable mention to NHL2k7, Army of Two, and some others, but those are the top 4 games I have loved in the span of the last 6 months or so.
