Activision just dropped this new trailer for Transformers: Prime (a.k.a. Transformers: Fall of Cybertron Lite) for the Wii U. The game will be using character models straight from the TV show, and everything looks pretty good. I'm actually kind of excited for this game!
The latest DLC for Transformers: Fall of Cybertron is now live, and it brings with it the Insecticons. Oh yeah, it also gives you the Gen 1 skin for Optimus Prime. The DLC will run you 800 MS Points ($9.99 for PSN and PC users). What are you waiting for? Go warp some minds for Megatron.
After all the months of waiting, rumors, and speculation, we finally have a release date and some prices for the Nintendo Wii U! The Wii U will be available in North America on November 18, almost a monh before the system will launch in Japan. There are two SKUs for the system, one for $299 and one for $349. The $299 system is white, and it comes with the GamePad and 8 GB of internal memory. The $349 system is black, and comes with the GamePad, 32 GB of memory, and NintendoLand as a pack-in game. Oh, Nintendo also announced that all Virtual Console and WiiWare games would be transferrable.
Transformers: Fall of Cybertron is going to get some DLC on September 11, and it is going to bring the Dinobots into the online fray for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC versions of the game. The Dinobot Destructor Pack will allow you to use the Dinobot parts in the character creator, or you can just use the full body models. That seems to be all this DLC is adding, and we have no price on it as of yet.
Also, you should consider yourself lucky, because I almost typed this post up as Grimlock.
Capcom has announced that a new demo for Resident Evil 6 will be available to Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 owners on September 18. This will be a new demo, so if you already played the one you got with Dragon's Dogma, you might still want to download this one. You can check out the release after the jump!
The Amazing Spider-Man, the reboot of the Spider-Man movie franchise, is going to be in theaters soon, and that means licensed video game time. That isn’t necessarily a bad thing these days though. Half of the time, the games have been better than the movie (I’m looking at you, Wolverine Origins). Plus, this is a Spider-Man game, and those have been very good recently. Today, there was a demo released on the Nintendo eShop for the Nintendo 3DS version of the game. We haven’t heard much about the 3DS version, so this demo will really be the first look at this version. The big question: Is this game going to be any good? Let’s find out.

It looks like some news is leaking out from Nintendo about the Wii U before E3 rolls around. According to the Japanese gaming magazine Anatao Damasare, the Wii U will have access to a new games on demand service tentatively titled WiiDemand. This service will offer digital versions of retail Wii games. Not only that, but it will also include GameCube, Dreamcast, and Saturn titles. The first batch of available titles have also been announced, and you can see that list after the break.
